Terms of Sale
Return of any merchandise must be approved and authorized by Department Manager.
The returned Part must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or packing slip verifying shipment from the Seller’s place of business. Any request to return goods must be made in 30 Days from invoice date. Returned parts must be in first class, saleable condition, in the original packaging. Customer will be responsible for any shipping charges unless Seller’s shipment was in error. If Seller acknowledges responsibility for errors, Seller will remedy any such error without expense to the Purchaser.
STOCK PARTS
- May be returned within 30 Days of Purchase
- Must be in original packaging and in Saleable condition
- 15% restocking charge will apply to all returnable parts
- Customer will not be credited freight charges
NON-RETURNABLE PARTS
- No returns on electrical or Special Order Parts
- No return accepted on rubber parts
- Parts become non returnable after 30 days
SPECIAL ORDER PARTS
- Special order parts will require payment when ordered
- No return of special order parts will be accepted
TREE CLIMBING EQUIPMENT
- No returns on all tree climbing equipment
FINANCE CHARGES
- A finance charge of 1-1/2% per month (Annual Percentage of 18%) of the unpaid balance will be charged on all due accounts.
