Terms of Sale

Return of any merchandise must be approved and authorized by Department Manager.


The returned Part must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or packing slip verifying shipment from the Seller's place of business. Any request to return goods must be made in 30 Days from invoice date. Returned parts must be in first class, saleable condition, in the original packaging. Customer will be responsible for any shipping charges unless Seller's shipment was in error. If Seller acknowledges responsibility for errors, Seller will remedy any such error without expense to the Purchaser.
